**Job Overview**
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Staging Assistant** to join our real estate team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys transforming spaces, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. As a key support to our staging team, you’ll help prepare homes for listing by assisting with furniture placement, décor styling, packing, lifting, and creating beautiful, inviting spaces that stand out in the market.

**Duties**
- Assist with staging and de-staging homes
- Load, unload, and transport staging furniture and accessories
- Follow staging plans and design direction with precision and creativity
- Keep staging materials organized and in good condition
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance in clients’ homes
- Provide on-site support to the lead stager during set-ups and removals
- Occasionally run errands related to staging (e.g., pick up supplies)

**Qualifications**
- G1 Drivers' License
- High School Diploma
- Staging Certification is an asset (not required)

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 8 months

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2025-08-25
