Our Toronto office is looking for a Rail Project Manager to help is lead large scale rail projects in Canada. You’ll have the opportunity to lead our multi-disciplinary teams to delivery transformative rail projects in Canada.

- Responsible for overall delivery and quality of documents,
- Administration and successful delivery of rail design on large scale rail projects
- Work within project budget and deliver planned profit.
- Lead change management and additional services negotiations
- Focus externally on client Project Delivery Team
- Build out and strengthen the existing team and enhance project management and technical skills.
- Provide mentoring to the current and future team by sharing project management knowledge and best practices in rail engineering.
- Develop Client centric relationships with new key clients and collaborators.
- Influence our clients and their projects to deliver better and more sustainable outcomes
- Business Development and growth of the rail business
- Contribute and collaborate in RFQ and RFP responses to bring future work in the pipeline.

**Is this role right for you?**
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- 15 or more years of experience working on and leading multi-disciplinary projects as a project manager, with minimum of 5 years large scale rail project delivery experience desired
- Professional Engineering License in Ontario or ability to obtain within 6 months of joining the firm
- Project Management Certification preferred
- Design and construction of a range of rail transit projects, preferably procured using DB/ PPP, PDB and IDB contracts
- Experience with stakeholder engagement is desired
- Design, preparation of contract documents and administration of projects on site, for owner clients. - PDBC, DBB, traditional DB/PPP and IDB
- Bid design, detailed design and support to contractor clients through the design review and construction processes
