**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and maintaining store standards.
- Supervise and train retail staff, providing guidance on best practices in customer service and sales techniques.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management to ensure product availability.
- Daily updates on all social media channels.
- Handle payroll processes and ensure accurate employee timekeeping.
- Engage with customers to resolve issues, answer questions, and enhance their shopping experience.
- Implement marketing strategies to promote products and increase sales within the store.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Foster a positive team atmosphere by promoting teamwork and collaboration among staff.

**Skills**
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Lift and carry heavy items up to 100lbs, as needed to assist customers and maintain store operations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and employees.
- Proven time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions.
- Experience in retail management is preferred, with knowledge of market trends and customer preferences.
- Proficient in payroll systems and employee scheduling processes.
- Strong phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries professionally.
- Ability to sell products effectively while providing exceptional service.
- Work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate the needs of the business and ensure coverage during peak hours.

**Qualifications**
- Highschool Diploma or GED
- Post-secondary education preferred
- Mandarin speaking is preferred
- 30+ years old
- Retail sales experience: 1+ years
- Customer service: 1+ years
- Must own a reliable car
- Amazon sellercentral experience is a plus
- MUST BE A SELF-STARTER

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $36,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
