Sales and Design Consultant

Reporting to the Director of Sales, we are looking to add a proven Sales Professional to our team in the role of Sales and Design Consultant, based in our Head Office in Bracebridge, Ontario. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Assists clients through the designing, purchasing, manufacturing, and delivery of their new dream log & timber home
- Works closely with all departments, as necessary, to clearly communicate a customer’s vision and requirements for their log home; collaborating especially closely with our internationally award-winning design team
- Maintains accurate records and customer data in our Company CRM system
- Provides regular updates/forecasts for sales on a quarterly basis
- Formulates short and long-term customer plans to achieve sales objectives by ensuring the sales funnel is adequate throughout
- Meets customer ‘walk-ins’ to our Head Office - answering their questions and engaging them in the sales process
- Schedules, logs, and confirms appointments with customers and achieves daily/weekly/monthly goals as assigned by the TNLH “Customer First Initiative”
- Ensures the highest level of care and support for customers throughout and after completion of their project - handles any queries/complaints in a timely and professional manner and escalates to Management when required
- Travels throughout North America to exhibit at industry specific trade shows to demonstrate our patented industry leading log home system

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Marketing, Architecture, Construction, Real Estate, or a related field
- Proven sales experience in a similar role
- Must have a Valid G Class Drivers License and Passport
- Technical knowledge required to understand the market and products, however full training will be provided
- Must be able to demonstrate effective sales techniques and a ‘hunter’ sales mindset: with proven success in a sales environment with both warm and cold leads
- Self-motivated and willing to tackle challenges head on with a positive attitude
- Must be an exceptional ambassador for the True North Log Homes brand while speaking at trade shows and other events
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc. and experience with CRM systems
- Must be willing to travel to trade shows throughout North America

Pay: $60,000.00-$500,000.00 per year
