The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations to drive growth and increase market share. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of branding, market trends, and consumer behavior. The Brand Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and deliver impactful marketing campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Brand Strategy Development**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand equity and achieve business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify opportunities for brand growth.
- Define and articulate the brand’s vision, mission, and positioning.
- **Marketing Planning and Execution**:

- Create and manage annual marketing plans, including budget allocation and performance tracking.
- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social, traditional media).
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling and consistent brand messaging and content.
- **Product Innovation and Management**:

- Lead product development initiatives, from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
- Monitor product performance and market trends, making data-driven recommendations for product improvements or new product introductions.
- Manage product lifecycle and portfolio to optimize profitability and market presence.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure brand alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives.
- Foster strong relationships with external partners, including agencies, vendors, and key stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- **Performance Analysis and Reporting**:

- Track and analyze brand performance metrics, marketing campaign effectiveness, and ROI.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive activities, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in brand management or marketing roles, with a proven track record of successful brand building and marketing campaign execution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail and design.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software, including digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
