Asap Healthcare Inc. is looking for reliable, dynamic and motivated Personal support workers to join our team.

**Job Requirements**
- Personal Support Worker certificate **OR **International Nursing Graduates **OR** Currently enrolled in a Nursing Program and have completed 1 clinical placement **(mandatory)**
- Police Clearance Certificate (Vulnerable Sector Check) not older than 6 months **(mandatory)**:

- At least 2 step TB test done in the past 1 year or Chest X-ray **(mandatory)**:

- Must have reliable mode of transport **(mandatory)**:

- 1 year of PSW experience (preferred)
- Valid First Aid or CPR Certificate (Nice to have)
- Minimum 2 doses of COVID Vaccine

**Job Roles and Responsibilities**
- Provide bedside and personal care to residents
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living such as feeding, lifts and transfers, bathing, skin care, oral hygiene, and toileting
- Preparing meals, feeding and giving medications as instructed by the supervisor
- Light housekeeping, laundry and make beds
- Provide emotional support and encouragement to clients and families in coping with daily demands and at stressful times
- Maintain PSW standards of practice

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

**Salary**: $25.00-$27.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- On call
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
