We’re expanding our dairy manufacturing operations and looking for a **Project Coordinator** to help drive our most impactful plant expansion project to date. Reporting directly to the **VP, Projects**, you’ll play a central role in keeping schedules tight, stakeholders aligned, and documentation flawless.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- ** Own the Rhythm of the Project**
- Coordinate pull plan meetings and milestone tracking
- Manage weekly reporting and project timelines
- Ensure timely and effective communication across all levels
- ** Keep Everyone in the Loop**
- Join project meetings to capture and follow-up on actions items
- Ensure decisions and assumptions are logged and backed up
- Liaise with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth transition
- ** Track it, Prove it, Improve**it**
- Maintain accurate project records, logs, and decision trackers
- Analyze project data, track risks, flag timing issues
- Compile project data and support funding reports
- Assist with invoice validation and risk register updates

**WHAT YOU'LL BRING**:

- A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- 3+ years in a project coordination, ideally in a manufacturing or construction setting
- Proficiency in MS Office + comfort using project management tools
- Clear, concise communication skills (spoken + written)
- Bonus: A Project Management certification — or interest in pursuing one
