Furthermore, the Project Coordinator's duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards. **_Only Canadian Residents or Permanent Residents will be considered at this time._** **_ Major Responsibilities & Duties_**: - Assist the Program Manager in the drafting and issuance of Proposals, RFQ's, budgets and preliminary schedules; - Assist in defining the architecture of project set-up in ERP system; - Conduct Pre-Kick Off activities for each assigned project; such as, generating draft Project Charters, Stakeholder Registers, project organization and communication charts; - Draft project schedules in preparation for the Project Management Plan; - Compile budget reports using Earned Value Analysis; - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports; - Attend client meetings and assist with determination of project requirements; - Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor project plans, work hours and budget reports; - Update project team regarding project information, status and issues that may impact client relations; - Ensure client’s needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner; - Perform other duties as required. **_Core Skills_**: - Excellent communication skills both verbal and written - Excellent organizational skills including multitasking and time management - Strong Interpersonal skills - Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance - Ability to work effectivity independently and also in a team based environment - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office **_Education_**: - Diploma in Project Management or other technical discipline - PMP training designation is an asset **_Experience_**: - 3-4 years’ experience providing administrative/organizational support and liaising with cross functional teams - Or an equivalent combination of education and experience - Experience in aircraft maintenance/manufacturing programs, or similar industry maintenance/manufacturing industries or programs is considered an asset **_Reasons To Apply_**: - Employee retention and engagement is important to Cascade; we value our employees. - Comprehensive benefits package provided.
