In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting the division’s financial success by managing costing, budgeting, forecasting, and margin analysis. With opportunities to influence strategic decisions and improve efficiencies, this is your chance to take your career to the next level

**What You’ll Do**:

- Perform margin analysis by part, product line, and customer, providing actionable improvement suggestions.
- Review quotes, sales orders, customer invoices, payments, and perform collection activities.
- Analyze purchase orders, inventory transactions, and vendor invoices, ensuring strong controls over inventory and asset management.
- Participate in inventory counts, capital asset reviews, and fixed asset reconciliations.
- Prepare supporting schedules for monthly financial statements.
- Perform scenario and variance analysis to guide strategic decisions and recommend improvements.

**What You Bring**:

- ** Education**: Post-secondary education in accounting or finance with a recognized accounting designation (CPA preferred).
- ** Experience**: 3+ years in accounting, with a preference for manufacturing or cost accounting experience.
- ** Technical Expertise**: Proficiency in statement consolidation
software, and Microsoft Office (essential) or similar CRM systems is an asset.
- ** Skills**: Analytical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication.
- ** Attributes**: A professional and positive attitude, organizational prowess, and the ability to build strong relationships.
