We are looking for a **Fleet Administrator** to join our growing team in Brampton, ON. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about fleet management, and enjoys working collaboratively to ensure the smooth operation of our logistics network.
**What You'll Do**:
- Oversee the daily operations of the company’s fleet, ensuring vehicles are maintained, compliant, and optimized for efficiency.
- Manage vehicle schedules, including repairs, maintenance, and inspections.
- Coordinate with drivers and mechanics to resolve any fleet-related issues quickly and efficiently.
- Track and report vehicle performance, maintenance costs, and other key metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle documentation, registrations, and licensing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and safety standards.
- Process fleet-related invoices and handle administrative duties associated with fleet operations.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- **Experience**: At least 2 years of experience in fleet management, logistics, or a related field.
- **Organized**: You’re a detail-oriented multitasker who can juggle priorities while keeping everything running smoothly.
- **Problem Solver**: You’re quick on your feet and can solve issues as they arise.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Familiarity with fleet management software, GPS systems, and basic data analysis is a plus.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and clients.
- **Knowledgeable**: Solid understanding of transportation regulations and industry best practices.
Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
