**Job Summary**

Schedule is 3 weeks on 3 weeks off plus travel days.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, and confections.
- Ensure all baked goods meet quality and presentation standards before serving or packaging
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as mixing, portioning, and assembling ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry station, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate production schedules and meet customer demands
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene at all times
- Assist in the preparation and service of breakfast
- Other duties as needed

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a bakery, restaurant, or food service environment is essential
- Skilled in food preparation, baking, and food handling techniques
- Knowledge of food safety standards within the food industry is essential
- Experience with kitchen equipment used in baking and pastry arts is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills are beneficial for interacting with clients or guests.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $300.00-$350.00 per day
