We are currently looking for a personable and dependable **Automotive Valet Attendant / Customer Greeter** to join our dynamic service team.

**Job Summary**

As an Automotive Valet Attendant / Customer Greeter, you will be the first point of contact for our service customers. Your role is to greet customers as they arrive, ensure their vehicles are parked or moved safely, and provide a positive and professional first impression of Erinwood Ford. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people and has a passion for the automotive industry.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet customers arriving at the service drive-thru in a friendly, professional manner
- Assist customers with vehicle drop-off and explain the next steps in the service process
- Safely move and park customer vehicles within the dealership lot
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the service drive and customer waiting areas
- Assist with vehicle pickups, deliveries, and shuttling as required
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and other dealership staff
- Provide general support to the service team and customers as needed

**Qualifications**
- Valid G Class Ontario driver’s license with a clean driving abstract
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Previous automotive or customer-facing experience is an asset
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmissions is an advantage

Pay: From $17.20 per hour
