mechaniQ is a professional alternative to dealerships for maintenance and repairs. We offer our clients a state-of-the-art digital experience with an innovative APP and valet service.

We are currently looking for Vehicle Service Advisors to connect with our clients to manage their appointments and give them an amazing experience

A strong sales background

Clear and pleasant speaking voice

Ability to multi-task in fast working environment

Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly

Organizational and record-keeping skills

Background in automotive service an asset

**Duties**:
Contact existing clients and inquire about their vehicle's needs
Coordinate appointments with our network of iQ Service Providers
Perform follow-up calls
Prepare sales logs and reports
Answer inbound calls
Crosstrain on various roles such as new client acquisition and vehicle service advisor

Schedule:
Monday to Friday
7:30am - 5pm
Ability to work in Mississauga location
Salary and Compensation:
Negotiable
Performance Bonuses
