Job Summary

Under the direction of the Customer Service Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information between clients, transportation companies, and internal departments to increase customer satisfaction and help achieve sales targets and smooth operations.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Prepare, post, and print invoices, POs (including revisions), bills of lading, border customs documents, temperature records, labels, etc.
- Confirm, process, and verify purchase orders: manual/ EDI; process routine EDI postings.
- Identify, check, and correct discrepancies and errors. Report issues accordingly.
- Manage customer inquiries and complaints. Liaison between various departments and companies to resolve customer concerns.
- Ensure a timely flow of information.
- Analyze data and prepare reports to support the decision-making process.
- Other work-related duties.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- At least 2 years of experience in a related field.
- A minimum of a high school diploma.
- Proficiency in written and oral communication in English.
- Strong computer skills including Excel and database.
- Knowledge of CSM software is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet expectations and deadlines by using strong multitasking and prioritizing skills.
