**Job Title**: Sales Counter/Logistics Associate

**Location**: 1149 Commerce Way, Woodstock, ON

**Job purpose**:This position’s primary responsibilities include increasing sales and profitability through the provision of quality customer service and retail sales. In addition this role would require managing a small warehouse and pipe yard. This includes shipping and receiving product efficiently, and accurately while maintaining a high level of customer service.

**Key Result Areas**
- Consistently treats customers with integrity, honesty and credibility
- Contributes to the orderliness of retail space
- Processes POS transactions efficiently
- High accuracy and efficiency in shipping/packaging/pulling and receiving orders
- Focus on contributing to the stores success and helping wherever needed

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and deliver personalized attention to each, always providing the best in quality service and value
- Attend year-round training sessions and product knowledge seminars as required
- Help retail customers locate products and advise on products as appropriate
- Process POS transactions and payments
- Maintain a clean and presentable retail space and warehouse
- Gather and package customer orders, job orders and will-call orders
- Receiving incoming orders or transfers, double checking them for accuracy and putting the product away to their appropriate places
- Stock store shelves
