The main purpose of this position is to process payments and/or serve food within the Base Lodges while providing the best service possible while maintaining the service standards of a quick service restaurant. This diverse position includes all functions of the Front of House including busing tables and general cleaning duties.
**WHAT WILL I BE DOING?**
- Accurately enter meal selections into POS and process payment. (cash, credit/debit card payments
- Read chits to ensure food orders are correct
- Deliver food orders to guests seated at table
- Scoop ice cream into cones or cups (summer only)
- Clear Guest's trays and debris form table; sanitize tables, chairs (all surfaces)
- Change garbage, recycle and compost bins
- Helping serve food in the staff cafeteria, excepting payments for food, setting up and cleaning up
**WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM ME?**
- Some completion of High School
- Basic working knowledge of food and beverage
- Basic Food Safety knowledge
- Basic math ability to accurately count and handle money
- Some POS experience is an asset
