The main purpose of this position is to support the front-of-house restaurant team in running food and beverage, bussing tables, and general cleaning and stocking duties while providing the best service possible to guests, upholding the service standards of a Blue Mountain Resort.

**FULL TIME SEASONAL**

**WAGE-$17.70 PLUS Gratuity**

**WHAT WILL I BE DOING?**
- Read chits to ensure food orders are correct
- Deliver food orders to guests seated at table
- Clear guest's trays and debris form table; sanitize tables, chairs (all surfaces)
- Change garbage, recycle and compost bins
- Restocking condiments and expo and server stations
- Hosting
- Service Bar as required

**WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM ME?**
- Some completion of High School
- Smart Serve certification.
- Basic working knowledge of food and beverage
- Basic Food Safety knowledge
- Strong basic math ability to accurately count and handle money
