**Job Description**:

- Communicate via in person and telecommunication methods with patients, schedule appointments, and follow up with patients
- Manage staff schedules, and liason with medical account representatives
- Maintain patient records and ensure that all necessary forms are completed accurately
- Assist the clinical team members with preparing treatment rooms for procedures and ensure that all equipment is properly cleaned and sterilized
- Educate patients on various treatment options and provide them with aftercare instructions
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, inventory management, and ordering supplies
- Capture and create social media content (considered an asset)

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Medical Adminstration Diploma an asset
- Previous experience working in a medical aesthetic clinic or spa is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of non-invasive cosmetic procedures is an asset
- Comfortable working with medical equipment and maintaining a sterile environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
