**POSITION OBJECTIVE**:
The Clinical Trainer is a master in all things skin and body. You are an expert, a teacher and are obsessed with learning, mentoring and sharing your knowledge with your treatment team to ensure our clients achieve amazing outcomes You’re confident that you can achieve the goals you set while providing excellent customer service and education.

**We are looking for an expert with experience in advanced laser modalities and other skin treatments. **Medical Aesthetics or nursing experience is essential.**

POSITION OBJECTIVE:

FUNCTIONAL/TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Service expert

2. Training and supervision of medical aestheticians and nurses

3. Engage with clients and consult on their skin care needs

4. Drive services and prestige retail skin sales

5. Support the execution of in-store events that deliver an unrivalled client experience while delivering on sales goals

6. Educate clients about proper home care maintaince

7. Performs additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Ability to work weekends and evenings when required by business needs
- Medical or health related college degree preferred
- Medical Aesthetics background with 2-3 year minimum experience
- Proven track record of meeting and achieving goals/targets
- Excellent technical/computer/closing skills
- Solid evidence of community outreach and involvement in health related industries and in-depth understanding of the value of improving health and wellness.
