**Automotive Detailer**

We are currently looking to hire an **Automotive Detailer **to our team at Sunridge Collision.

The Automotive Detailer, reporting to the Service Manager, is primarily responsible for washing, cleaning, polishing, wet sanding experience is a must, performing general upkeep on car interiors and exteriors to ensure they are clean and presentable for customers. This position will also provide general assistance at the dealership including, moving cars, assisting co-workers, and assisting with the cleaning of the body shop lot.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general car detailing activities, including, vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing, washing, and waxing
- Ensure the exterior of cars are clean and smudge free
- Clean and polish vehicle windows
- Clean and polish wheels and rims
- Drive vehicles to or from company's garage, rotate cars in dealership lot and picks up/drop off cars for customers
- Use a variety of handheld tools to detail the interior and exterior of cars
- Fuel and fluid level maintenance
- Performs other duties as required
- Wet sanding when requested

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in automotive sector including, washing, and cleaning vehicles is an asset
- Wet sanding/polishing experience is a must
- Interest in cars, and knowledgeable about car repair and maintenance
- Ability to drive automatic and standard vehicles is an asset
- Experience working with cleaning products and cleaning tools including power washers
- Must be dependable, reliable, possess a strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
