Are you ready to make cars sparkle and shine? Capital Chevrolet Buick GMC is looking for a Body Shop Detailer to join our team and help us deliver an outstanding experience for every customer, every vehicle, every time
What You'll Be Doing: As a Body Shop Detailer, you'll be the hero behind the gleam. You'll keep our vehicles looking flawless for our Body Shop department. Your day-to-day will include:
  • Operating automated car washes to remove dirt and grime
  • Vacuuming interiors, spot-cleaning textile stains, and polishing solid surfaces
  • Detailing exterior surfaces using cleaners, buffers, and polishing compounds
  • Performing minor body repair on scratches and blemishes using buffers and wet sanders
  • Maintaining inventory of cleaning products and tools to stay efficient and organized
  • Participating in production meetings as needed
What You Bring to the Team:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid driver's license (manual transmission skills a bonus)
  • Demonstrated customer service skills with a passion for excellence
  • Physical stamina – able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, kneel, and bend for extended periods
  • A love for cars and an eye for detail
