Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Head to lead our IT department. The IT Head will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's technology infrastructure and ensuring its smooth operation. This is a senior-level position that requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives in line with the company's goals and objectives
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department
- Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, systems, and software to improve efficiency and productivity
- Ensure the security and integrity of the company's data and information systems
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and develop solutions
- Oversee the management of IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience as an IT Head or similar leadership role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in technology sales or business development is a plus
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Strong market awareness and customer service orientation
- Ability to lead a team, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines

- Driving Licence (preferred)
