**Insurance Account Representative - Desjardins Agent Team Member**:

**Position Overview**:
A successful Desjardins Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join a winning team for the role of Insurance Account Representative - Desjardins Agent Team Member. Our areas of focus are Small Business Commercial and Life solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
- Work with the agent and office team to establish and meet marketing goals.

**Requirements**:

- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Motiated by and works well in competitive situations
- Excellent interpersonal skills, treating others with respect and courtesy
- Excellent communication skills - listening, oral and written
- Proactive in problem-solving
- Dedicated to customer service, and acts with integrity
- Ability to accurately gather data and document interactions with clients
- Ability to make presentations to potential customers
- Life, Property & Casualty licenses (Essential)
