**Assistant General Manager Roles & Responsibilities**
- Maintain our fun, positive and respectful culture while keeping team members on task with their responsibilities
- Assist GM in Hiring + Training new bartenders, servers, and hosts
- Adhere to blowers & Grafton policies and procedures
- Manage floor. Pre-shift, cuts, dealing with discount / voids and customer complaints
- Create new cocktails/shots, recommend to rotating drafts to General Manager
- Communicate with Beer and Liquor Reps
- Ensure bar is clean and checklists are being complete
- Complete assigned ordering on a weekly basis
- Learn and memorize all of our food and beverage menu items
- Understand and adhere to all of the B&G policies and procedures
- Understand and embrace the B&G culture and values
- Learn closing duties such as running closing reports, cash handling, cashouts, and breaking down the bar
- Ensure takeout and delivery partner orders are properly set, accepted, packaged, and completed
- Attend all manager meetings
- Weekly communication on updates, reminders, and other important messages to the team
- Oversee weekly ordering for Alcohol & Garnish
- Have a passion for providing East Coast Hospitality

**Who You Are?**

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
