Provide positive and dynamic 5 STAR PAW service for our Pack and guests with a systems based approach.

The **Facilities Supervisor** assists the Aquatics Maintenance team in overseeing the monitoring and maintaining of all the pools in the waterpark, knowledge of water chemistry, water testing, filtration and mechanical operation.

**Duties**
- Assign and oversee the activities and actions of assigned personnel.
- Train Pack Members on job related tasks and programs
- Maintain programs on a variety of mechanical systems within the waterpark and Lodge.
- Willingness to be on Fire/Emergency call at any time.
- Support selecting, orienting, training, recognizing, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining Pack Members.
- Contributes to department and organization mission and goals with focus on exceptional service.
- Communicate with outside service provides and contractors.
- Oversee Preventative Maintenance program.
- Pack Member scheduling, attendance and payroll.
- Inventory control.

**Qualifications**
- A minimum of 3 years of Management experience in pool maintenance or related field.
- Knowledge of water chemistry, water testing, filtration, and mechanical operations is required.
- Available to work evening/overnight shifts.
- Certified Pool Operators License (CPO) will be an asset.
- Valid TSSA Slide Mechanic’s License

**Physical Requirements**
- Lift up to 77lbs., bending, stretching, standing/walking for long periods of time
- Able to work in a hot, humid, chlorinated environment.
- Ability to climb multiple flights of stairs
