**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Customer Service & Front Handling**
- Greet and assist customers with warmth and professionalism
- Take and process orders using the POS system
- Handle payments, packaging, and serving food and beverages
- Maintain a clean and welcoming counter and seating area

2. **Dessert & Drink Preparation**
- Prepare waffles, desserts, and drinks according to our recipes
- Decorate and plate items consistently and creatively
- Support food and drink prep in the kitchen
- Monitor stock levels of ingredients and supplies

3. **Kitchen Support** _(including, but not limited to)_:

- Assist with mixing, cooking, and assembling orders
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
- Restock kitchen stations and organize ingredients
- Clean and maintain kitchen tools and equipment

4. **Cleaning & General Chores** _(including, but not limited to)_:

- cleaning prep materials, sanitize surfaces, and take out trash
- Clean kitchen, service area, and restrooms
- Help with inventory, deliveries, and overall store cleanliness
- Perform opening and closing duties

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience in food service with dessert/drink preparation or café-style environments is an asset (but not necessary)
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Friendly and professional communication skills
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Flexible availability, especially on weekends and evenings
- A team player committed to cleanliness, quality, and customer care

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
