Job Overview:
This is a base pay & bonus pay based opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Associate to join our sales team. As the Sales and Marketing Associate you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, meeting sales target and driving revenue growth. This is a key sales role that requires strong marketing and sales skills, sales expertise, and a deep understanding of marketing principles.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and objectives
- Research sales funnels and actively following up with leads
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns and promotional materials
- Set sales targets and track performance against goals
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a health care facilities
- Strong marketing skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Customer-focused mindset with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional service
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred)

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (required)
- healthcare: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
