Purchasing and Planning Administrator

**Overview**
The Purchasing and Planning Administrator is responsible for maintaining the integrity of ERP data related to the Purchasing and Planning functions in Supply Chain. The Purchasing and Planning Administrator is responsible for ensuring timely completion of eQMS action items, drafting documents, and additional support to Purchasing and Planning teams as required.
**Snapshot of Responsibilities**:
- Collect, organize, and synthesize data to support others in their functional area.
- Perform item file maintenance in Epicor ERP including BOMs, MOMs, Sales Kits, Component Descriptions, Supplier quotes, safety stock levels, etc.
- Liaise with IT team regarding functionality of system and user requirements to facilitate smooth running of the ERP systems.
- Drafts documents or document updates with guidance from others. Routes documents for review and approval.
- Support Job Creation and Verification on behalf of Planners.
- Support Purchase Order creation on behalf of Buyers.
- Support Procurement team with Open PO Report Management and Revisions to maintain accurate spend projections.
- Support Procurement team with Supplier communication surrounding QBR results.
- Contribute to supply chain improvement or cost saving projects as assigned.
- Adhere to and promote the adherence to all Corporate, Quality and Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- Other duties as required.
**What you bring to the team**:
- Completion of post-secondary education is required, in Business or Science is preferred
- Training or certification in Supply Chain field is an asset
- Experience working with ERP systems or databases is required
- Previous inventory management or document management experience is an asset
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Highly detail oriented and accurate
- Good organization and time management skills
- Good analytical and communication skills with various team members
- Ability to communicate with all levels of management
