- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features effectively to enhance customer understanding
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain merchandising standards and ensure product displays are appealing and organized
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Manage time efficiently to meet sales targets and complete daily responsibilities
- Demonstrate professional phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone or via digital channels
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail sales, technical sales, or related fields; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical products clearly and persuasively
- Experience with product demos, upselling techniques, and customer service excellence
- Familiarity with merchandising, POS systems, cashiering, and basic math skills for transactions
- Excellent organizational skills and time management capabilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building positive customer relationships
- Prior experience in retail or technology sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided for product knowledge and sales techniques Pay: $100,721.36-$121,805.84 per year Benefits:
