As a **Lead Generator** at **Cluster**, you'll play an essential role in driving our growth within the payment processing industry. In this dynamic position, your responsibilities will include outbound calling, lead generation, sales outreach, and data entry—critical activities that contribute directly to the success of our company.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Cold call businesses
- Seed interest by briefly pitching company services
- Generate leads by transferring calls to our Statement Representatives
- Ensure that you meet daily and weekly objectives with regard to quality and production

**Job Qualifications**

**Musts Haves**
- Complete fluency in English is mandatory
- Ability to handle sales pressure and client objections
- Basic computer skills

**Nice to Have**
- Previous experience in telemarketing or a call center is considered an asset
- Previous experience in B2B Sales is considered an asset
- Tenacious and results-driven character
- Motivation for money and advancement within the company

**Compliance with Law 96: To comply with Law 96, Cluster has taken reasonable measures to avoid requiring knowledge of a language other than French for hiring or continued employment. Our merchants are based in the USA, and proficiency in an additional language, other than French, is required to effectively engage in daily operations for this position.**:
