- Plan and oversee home renovation projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for the project
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays that arise
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect workmanship and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on project status
- Handle any changes or modifications to the project scope, negotiating with clients as needed

- Strong project management skills
- Proficiency in using project management tools
- Ability to effectively manage requirements and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills to collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Knowledge of construction systems and materials used in home renovations
- Familiarity with CRM systems for managing client relationships
- Understanding of risk management principles to identify and mitigate potential project risks
- Leadership abilities to motivate and guide project teams
- Strong problem-solving skills to address issues that may arise during the renovation process

Note: Experience in home renovations or a related field is required.

**Salary**: From $21.00 per hour
