**Job Overview**
As a **Project Manager Assistant**, you’ll work closely with our Project Managers to help organize, track, and support active restoration projects. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in the restoration or construction industry.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist with scheduling site visits, trades, and inspections
- Prepare and update job documentation (e.g., work orders, photos, notes)
- Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and team members on behalf of PMs
- Track and follow up on material orders and delivery timelines
- Help maintain job site files and compliance documents
- Ensure site signage, safety documentation, and job folders are prepared and accurate
- Attend project meetings and take notes as required
- Support PMs with administrative duties to help keep projects on schedule

**Experience**
- Proven experience in project management or a related field.
- Familiarity with construction estimating processes and tools is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Comfortable with learning field software (e.g., Xactimate, Encircle, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
