- **Strong knowledge of CBSA Sufferance warehouse operations and compliances.**
- **Monitor and verify the conformity of RNS, ACI eManifest Notices and re-Manifest.**
- **Examine Bills of lading and Air waybills to determine work procedures for accepting or releasing cargo**
- **Data Entry for import or export cargo shipments and compile related documents.**
- **Contact the consignee or representative to notify concerning arrival dates of shipment, customs clearance requirements and weight of shipment**
- **Authority to determine the final approval for cargo releasing**
- **Responsible to expedite shipment of cargo from Warehouse**.
- **Assisting customers in tracking their shipments.**
- **Analyzes customer and vendor problems and resolves them quickly to ensure customer satisfaction.**
- **Communicate effectively with to ensure accurate and timely information on customer orders, special requests, and delivery requirements.**
- **Coordinate with CBSA, Transport Canada and other governmental agencies for the shipments examining or releasing.**
- **Able to recognize dangerous goods upon receiving and read the hazardous material identification labels.**
- **Lead operation team to coordinate customers for bonded shipment move, customs release and including pick-up and delivery requests.**
- **Lead operation team to prepare invoices for charges regarding bonded freight movements.**
- **Responsible to complete mandatory security and other training as required.**
- **Assure compliance with the regulations.**
- **Any other duties as assigned**
**Requirements**:
- **University degree or college diplomain Warehouse & Distribution, Freight Forwarding, Logistics & Supply Chain or related fields.**
- **3- 5 years of experience in a similar role in Canada.**
- **Experience in CBSA Sufferance, Bonded Warehouse an asset.**
- **Experience in managing a team of direct reports and work effectively in a team environment.**
- **Detail Oriented and Team Oriented.**
- **Ability to analyze strategies and solve problems.**
- **Ability to prioritize tasks and meet the deadlines.**
- **Effective interpersonal skills required to communicate to third party vendors and internal stakeholders.**
- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills.**
- **Fluency in English and Mandarin.**

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
