- Downtown Vancouver_ We are a small, independently owned café looking for an experienced and reliable team member who can grow with our business. As a small operation, we are looking for someone who can quickly adapt, work efficiently, and confidently handle café duties with mínimal supervision. Positions Available 1) Fri, Sat, Sun : 6:30am~12:30pm (opening) 2) Fri, Sat, Sun : 12:30pm~6:30pm (Closing) Compensation
- $18.25~ $20.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Tips Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of specialty coffee or café barista experience (required)
- Comfortable dealing with espresso, steaming milk(latte arts), and maintaining drink quality during service
- Able to multitask between beverage preparation, food preparation, customer service, and cleaning
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
- Applicants must be capable of working independently and managing a solo shift after training
- You have no barista experience
- You are unavailable for the posted schedule
- You are not comfortable working independently Only qualified applicants will be contacted for an interview.
