We are looking for a experienced Warehouse Associate to join our growing Vaughan team. Fastening House specializes in providing electrical, mechanical, and general contractors with the products, tools, construction supplies and equipment they need

Job Summary A Warehouse Associate is a crucial part of the Fastening House customer service model. This role is responsible for the completion of many daily tasks, including but not limited to order picking, packing, and maintaining accurate inventory levels. We look for driven individuals who are willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Pull, Pack and ship Orders in an accurate and efficient manner.
- Organize stock and maintain inventory levels.
- Inspect goods for defects and damages before receiving and shipping.
- Organize space in the warehouse and perform daily cleaning duties.
- Restock materials as required.
- Operate forklift, reach, and scissor lift on a daily basis.
- Load and unload LTL shipments when needed.
- Track inventory in appropriate system
- Notify supervisors of problems that are not resolvable.
- Resolve all other issues at the warehouse level.
- Accurately perform cycle counts as required.
- Greet customers at the counter and over the phone. Must Have:
- Hunger and drive to bring forth efficiencies.
- Ability to work well in a team environment, and on your own.
- Attention to detail and maintain high level of accuracy.
- Excellent time management, and organizational skills
- Passion for personal and professional development
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple priorities
- Positive Communicator and Pro-Active Action Oriented
- Ability to learn quick and acquire new knowledge
- Good Problem Solver
- Performance driven and task-oriented
- Able to build win-win relationships
- Exhibits positive attitude
- Willing to pursue cross training opportunities as they arise
- Team focused and commitment to maintaining positive work culture. Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 1 years related experience.
- Knowledge of warehouse and inventory best principles and practices.
- Working knowledge of AS400, an asset, not required Pay: $18.00-$19.50 per hour Benefits:
