As an outbound Professional Services specialist, your success within the role allows you to help small businesses achieve their goals. On a daily basis you will identify the customer's needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner. This could include handling retention, billing questions, design changes, technical issues, and upsells.

What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.- increase positive customer sentiment and brand loyalty.- Communicate with customers via inbound/outbound support providing a high level of customer satisfaction.- Clear and concise interdepartmental communication- Understand our customers’ goals and challenges to provide expert recommendations for their design/marketing strategy.

Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.- 1+ years of customer service experience (required)- Love of website design, social media, and/or small business- Must be able to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment.- Powerful desire to learn web-based technologies- Enjoy interacting with diverse groups of people, both internal/external
