**Company Introduction**:
The Innovative Shapecasting Group is a custom aluminum foundry located in Cambridge, Ontario. At our facility we produce high-quality, high-integrity castings for a variety of market sectors including: Petro-chemical, nuclear, LNG, and military. We are currently looking for hard-working, motivated individuals to join our team.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Drive production material to/from warehouse/vendors.
- Responsible for overseeing storage and organization of production material both in the warehouse and on the shop floor and maintaining general cleanliness.
- Operate forklift and crane to move materials and products.
- Assist with production related activities, as required.

**Requirements**:

- Must have a clean driving record. Full G license.
- Access to a reliable vehicle to report to work.
- Legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Must have a strong work ethic, a team-player, and have strong attention to detail.
- Must maintain excellent attendance and dependability on the shop floor.
- You must be able to perform the physical requirements of this position, which may include bending, reaching, twisting, lifting (up to 50 lbs), standing, repetitive motion and other job specific requirements.
- Foundry/labourer experience would be an asset.
- Forklift license and crane operation would be an asset

**Hours & Pay**
- Mon-Fri: 6am-2:30pm (40 hours/week).

**Salary**: From $24.00 per hour
