**Job Description**:
We are looking for a talented individual
- The Market Outreach Specialist for income-qualified programs in British Columbia is tasked with identifying and contacting social housing providers (SHP's) across the province for the purpose of driving program participation from a key qualifying demographic for the program. They also help drive direct-to-customer initiatives that raise awareness of the programs with the individuals.
- This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days in office. To be considered you must be based in the Port Coquitlam area.
- You're a great fit if you can- Identify and contact social housing providers (SHP's) to make them aware of the programs-
- Execute a regular follow-up strategy to ensure existing SHP's remain engaged and newly introduced SHP's stay on track to convert as participants.Shepherd SHP's through the program by providing logístical support for in-field activities and liaising with the rest of the team to facilitate bulk movements between program stages-
- Troubleshoot any issues with the program delivery including on site escalations, delays, missing information, etc.-
- Identify and conduct outreach to other partner organizations that can serve as a source of individual leads for the program.-
- Mentor other, more junior team members- You will have- At least 3 years of experience in the energy conservation industry, with a meaningful portion of the time in outreach / sales / account management.-
- A strong ability to synthesize and communicate complex program information to a variety of different audiences-
- Experience delivering a value proposition and removing barriers to program participation-
- The ability to travel within the province on select occasions-
- Bachelor’s degree preferredCompensation Range
