**Primary Responsibilities for the Marketing Specialist**:

- Develop communication and promotional content aligned with company & Sales department objectives and plans
- Manage and maintain company brand image and corporate identity
- Promote and advise on the company's advertising needs
- Collaborate with customers and suppliers on marketing campaigns
- Conceptualize and implement promotional campaigns appropriate for print or electronic media
- Write attention-grabbing content for the company website, social media accounts and blog
- Implement SEO strategies to improve the company’s online presence
- Monitor and track marketing and sales specific KPI’s
- Conduct ongoing industry research and make marketing recommendations based on findings or opportunities discovered
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on competitor activities; make recommendations based on findings or opportunities discovered
- Prepare and deliver educational and informational materials to increase awareness, internally and externally
- Manage marketing contracts
- Manage trade show logistics and coordination in support of the Sales department
- Perform other related duties and tasks as required to meet the needs of our operations

**Qualifications for the Marketing Specialist**:

- Computer proficiency in Apple/PC
- Minimum 2 years of related experience in a strategic level marketing role
- Excellent Written Communication
- Organized, with strong attention to detail
- Brand management knowledge/experience
- Social Media Marketing knowledge/experience
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Self-Starter, able to prioritize and multi-task

**Hours**:Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
