We are a private Montessori school seeking a dedicated ECE II (Early Childhood Educator Level II) to join our team. As an ECE II, you will play a crucial role in providing quality care and education to young children.

**Only those with a ECE II certification valid in Manitoba will be considered for this position.**

Knowledge of the Montessori Method is an asset but not required. Montessori training can be provided.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan engaging activities for infants outside.
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for children in a classroom setting.
- Provide care to children while nurturing their social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
- Create a safe and stimulating environment that supports learning and exploration.
- Collaborate with other educators and parents to ensure the well-being of each child.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.

**Requirements**:

- **Must hold a ECE II certification valid in Manitoba.**:

- Previous experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting.
- Not afraid to get their hands dirty.
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
- Ability to educate and engage young children effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues.

Pay: $16.00-$22.00 per hour
