Our team at **Robin’s Donuts**is currently looking for someone to be part of our Management Team at our Coach's, PEI location

**Management Responsibilities**:

- Train and supervise staff
- Plan, organize, control and evaluate daily operations
- Address customer’s concerns and/or complaints
- Maintain safe working conditions for staff and ensure food safety protocols are met
- Provide a high level of accuracy when completing cash sheets, handling cash, deposits, products and equipment
- Ensure that all stocks and supplies are requested in a timely fashion so that correct stock levels are maintained
- Other managerial duties as required

**Management Requirements**:

- 1-3 years experience in a supervisory role is preferred
- Fast food experience is an asset
- Solution focused individual who thrives in a fast paced work environment
- Experience in all aspects of customer service and staff management
- Demonstrated ability to lead and direct a team
- Strong working knowledge of the customer service industry principles, methods, practices, and techniques
- Ability to supervise employees, including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling
- Able to respond quickly in a dynamic and changing environment
- Demonstrate a passion for customer service and creating exceptional guest experiences
- Pride yourself on building relationships with customers and your team
- Have strong operational experience
- Knowledgeable in cost analysis including food and labour costs
- Enjoy leading a diverse team in a fast-paced environment
- Are able to engage others and develop high performance within your team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
