If you have a genuine desire to help people and possess excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you **Responsibilities**: - Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, assessing their service needs promptly and efficiently. - Consult with customers regarding their vehicle's service and maintenance requirements, providing accurate and detailed information. - Schedule service appointments and ensure they are properly documented in our system. - Collaborate with technicians and other service advisors to ensure smooth and timely vehicle repairs and maintenance. - Explain recommended services and repair options to customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. - Prepare accurate estimates for services, parts, and labor costs. - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, vehicle service history, and service advisor activities. - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the service process, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Recommend additional services and products based on customer needs and dealership guidelines. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in automotive technology or a related field is an asset. - Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an automotive or dealership environment. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Basic knowledge of automotive systems, parts, and repairs. - Proficient computer skills and experience with dealership management systems or service software is preferred. - Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment. - Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
