**Énoncé de l'objet**
Le planificateur de la fabrication est chargé de planifier les inventaires quotidiens des stocks en cours et de créer des plans de fabrication hebdomadaires. Le planificateur doit posséder une connaissance des processus d'interdépendance, des contraintes et des exigences de fabrication afin de planifier efficacement la zone qui lui est attribuée et de réagir rapidement aux situations nécessitant des plans d'urgence. Le planificateur de fabrication dirige la fabrication du plasma dans le secteur qui lui est attribué et doit donc motiver, influencer et négocier le traitement de la fabrication jusqu'au niveau de la direction.
**Principales tâches et responsabilités**
- Créer des cédules de fabrication hebdomadaires en tenant compte des contraintes de capacité (produit, équipement, main-d'œuvre) identifiées pour chaque centre de travail. Planifier efficacement afin d'atteindre les objectifs en matière de performance de livraison et d'obsolescence des produits ;
- Incorporer dans le calendrier les travaux de maintenance, projets et travaux de validation prévus ;
- Coordonner la fabrication afin d'utiliser les machines et la main-d'œuvre de manière à respecter le plan de sortie ;
- Contrôler le rythme de la fabrication en veillant à ce que les délais soient respectés ;
- Génère et délivre les ordres de fabrication et les dossiers de fabrication des lots sur la base du plan de fabrication ;
- Contrôler tous les stocks en cours en fonction des niveaux de stocks établis et éviter les radiations dues à des stocks périmés (au niveau des produits et des matières premières uniquement) ;
- Contribuer aux priorités du département sur la base du plan de fabrication et assurer la liaison entre l'approvisionnement, la fabrication, le contrôle de la qualité, l'ingénierie et la validation ;
- Publier des rapports hebdomadaires et mensuels sur les performances du site ;
- Utilise SAP/Fiori pour la réalisation des bons de sortie/de réception, des ordres de transfert, de la consommation des stocks de fabrication à partir des sous-stocks de fabrication ;
- Apporte son soutien aux opérations de fabrication 24 heures sur 24 et 7 jours sur 7.
**Qualifications requises**:
Bac en sciences, en commerce ou en ingénierie est requise.
Connaissance des processus de fabrication, des contraintes de fabrication et des BPF.
Une expérience préalable avec le module de planification de la fabrication de SAP est un atout.
Connaissance du système SAP ERP et de Microsoft Office.
Vous devez être à l'aise dans un environnement en constante évolution et être capable de modifier quotidiennement les plans et les priorités afin d'atteindre les objectifs à moyen et à long terme.
Solides compétences en matière de communication, d'organisation, de logistique et d'exécution de tâches multiples.
Solides compétences en matière de prise de décision.
Bilinguisme (français et anglais) à l'oral et à l'écrit. L’exigence de l’anglais est requise pour la documentation, les rapports et les interactions avec Santé Canada, FDA, et autres départements multi-disciplinaires dans l’entreprise mais basés hors-Québec et hors-Canada (Espagne, USA).

**Purpose Statement**
The Manufacturing Planner is responsible for scheduling daily WIP inventories and creating weekly manufacturing plans. The Planner must possess process knowledge of manufacturing interdependencies, constraints, and requirements to efficiently schedule their assigned area and react quickly to situations where contingency plans are required. The Manufacturing Planner drives plasma manufacturing in their assigned area and therefore must motivate, influence and negotiate manufacturing processing up to the management level.
