**Overview**

**Duties**:

- Coordinate service requests and dispatching work orders to service technicians
- Setting up work orders and job data entry
- Coordinating work to be scheduled with customers
- Maintain effective communication with customers and service technicians
- Handle phone inquiries professionally with proper phone etiquette
- Organize and maintain documentation

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a service coordinator or administrative role is preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and office procedures
- Proficient in organizational tasks and time management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
