Busy Real Estate Office Looking For A Full-Time Receptionist / Listing Administrator
Busy West-End Real Estate Office seeking a Full-Time Receptionist / Listing Administrator.
Monday to Friday daytime shifts.
Individual must be professional, reliable, and a people-person. Must be able to learn quickly, have incredible phone etiquette and computer skills, and be well organized. Must have amazing people skills, be able to work independently, be able to multi-task and be able to prioritize workload.
**Tasks**:
- Answer telephone, take messages and forward calls
- Book, confirm and/or change appointments
- Welcome office visitors and direct inquiries appropriately
- Maintain listing database using programs like QOC and verify through Matrix, NexOne, and ShowingTime
- Indicate to listing agents if required forms are missing or to be updated in NexOne
- Arrange for courier services as required
- Office opening and closings task.
- Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Skills and knowledge include:
- Ability to multi-task in a busy office environment
- Knowledge of general reception practices, coordinate and provide and/or arrange administrative support and services.
- Knowledge of the use and operation of office equipment such as personal computers, photocopiers and scanners.
- Knowledge of software including Microsoft and Google Suites.
- Strong communication skills including listening and reading to understand information request, client and sales representatives’ concerns and service requirements.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
