Participate in the management of an inspiring furniture and home décor store. As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will collaborate with the Manager to create a positive working environment for the team and an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

**What You Will Do**:

- Guide customers in their decor choices
- Ensure the achievement of sales objectives
- Communicate your expectations to the team and provide training, coaching, and feedback
- Manage store merchandising, inventory, and shrink
- Lead and maintain the visual standards and cleanliness of the store

**What you Bring**:

- At least 2 years of Retail Sales Management experience
- Experience with achieving sales targets
- A passion for interior décor and merchandising
- Proven ability to coach and develop a team of top performers
- Commitment to a flexible schedule (Open to daytime, evening, and weekend shifts)
- The ability to lift and move loads up to 50 lbs / 23 kg
