You will lead the development and implementation of the strategic product vision and objectives as we develop ACGs CRM systems, driving effectiveness and efficiency through their work processes. In doing so we’ll support agents in delivering relevant, personalized and consistent experiences across a consumers journey with ACG. You will act as the “Voice of the Agent” to ensure the product(s) meets customer and stakeholder needs and expectations, and deliver business value through achievement of Key Performance Indicators and goals. You will be the primary business representative working on the day-to-day development and implementation of product initiatives acting as the liaison between the business stakeholders and IT resources. **Accountabilities**: Define in partnership with the Product Suite Owner the strategic product vision Collaborate with agile teams to build and manage new features and capabilities, while delivering desired business impact Lead, develop and maintain the Product Backlog Communicate prioritization and status to stakeholders Participate and lead, where necessary, day-to-day Agile Scrum ceremonies Guide the development of an Associate Product Owner **Lead communications**: Actively participate, collaborate and communicate with all stakeholders at various levels within the organization to ensure everyone understands the roadmap, the changes, improvements and other important information about the Product as needed Plan and deliver product rollout, including training, change management and communication Ensure appropriate problem resolution has occurred and that system issues are addressed and communicated accordingly, including making final decisions as appropriate Evaluate ongoing maintenance and enhancements from a business requirements perspective Work with SCRUM Masters to plan deployments and optimize Product Team resource capacity Advocate for the customer and end user; continually de-risk product direction & adjust the user stories to accommodate changes needed within the agile methodology and strategic vision **Qualifications**: Degree in a relevant field 3-5 years of experience working on delivering products and enhancements 3-5 years of P&C insurance experience, an asset Experience leading product teams Experience working in the Lean, Agile, SCRUM or XP methodologies Product Owner experience and certification (i.e. CSPO), an asset **Digital platforms**: apps/websites/customer portals (preferred) Allstate Canada Group has policies and practices that provide workplace accommodations.
