**Job description**

We are seeking experienced auto body repair technicians and painters to join our dedicated team. We value a strong work ethic, adherence to best practices, and organizational skills. Quality workmanship is paramount to our business and your success.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in auto body repair and painting
- Clean track record

**Specific Skills**:

- Hammer out dents, buckles, and defects using blocks and hammers
- File, grind, and sand body surfaces to be repaired
- Plan work in accordance to reviewed damage reports and repair cost estimates
- Mask and tape auto body surfaces in preparation for painting
- Blend and match paint colors accurately
- Additional skills as necessary

**Experience In**:

- Paint spraying
- Repairing doors and frames
- Frame straightening (preferred)

**Other Requirements**:

- Professionalism in customer service
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $22.00-$32.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift

Expected hours: 40 - 70 per week
