**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive, track, and manage auto parts deliveries.
- Handle returns of auto parts to suppliers when necessary.
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Move vehicles between the bay area and parking lot.
- Bring finished repair vehicles to the front for customer handover.
- Pick up parts from suppliers as needed.
- Assist technicians in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Perform minor cleaning duties in the shop, including sweeping, organizing tools, and disposing of waste.
- Check in vehicles upon arrival and ensure they are properly logged.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels for parts and shop supplies.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as checking and topping off fluids in vehicles.
- Assist with general office tasks as needed, including filing and data entry.

**Requirements**:

- Basic English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Valid driver’s license.
- Knowledge of computers (basic level for tracking parts and other tasks).
- Physical ability to move and handle vehicle parts and work on your feet throughout the day.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $18.33-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- auto body repair: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2025-02-03
