**Job Overview** **Responsibilities** - Greet patients with warm, friendly smile and make them feel comfortable - Support special promotions, marketing campaigns, and symposiums - Patient billing (WSIB, VAC, ADP, Extended Healthcare Plans, Private) - Coordinate with doctors, nursing homes, other healthcare providers - Conduct hearing aid cleanings and product maintenance - Keeper of Patient Schedule; office and patient flow - Scans patient paperwork, invoices, and documents into patient charts - Maintain Office Supplies, Inventory, and Hearing Device Supplies - Manage patient repairs; including document, shipping, and receiving - Stocks office area with promo material/ magazines/ symposiums/ etc. **Qualifications** - Minimum 1 year of experience as a receptionist or similar work in health care - You are compassionate, with a positive and outgoing personality and great communication skills - You love to learn. You have a growth mindset and are passionate about growing your knowledge and skills, being the best you can be - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written) - You have a "Can-Do" attitude and a positive approach We are seeking a dedicated individual for a full time temporary position, with an immediate start. This role is expected to continue through to the end of August.
